Shipping Policy

Processing Time We process all orders as quickly as possible. For our fastest orders, we aim to handle and ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. These orders are processed instantly to ensure quick delivery.

For all other orders, please note that they are located outside of our facility. This means additional processing time may be required. As a result, shipping times can vary depending on the carrier and location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered, depending on your location and shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Shipping costs within Australia range from A$14 to A$32, depending on your delivery location. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, United States of America, and Canada.

Please be aware that international orders may incur additional charges, such as import duties, taxes (including VAT) and Shipping which are your responsibility as the customer. DANSHYPEHOUSE is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes applied upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's status.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@danshypehouse.com.au with your order number and name. We will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
